About the Role
Location: 45 Stockbridge Ln, Liverpool L36 3SA, United Kingdom
Due to upcoming growth in the Merseyside area (within 10 miles of Liverpool City Centre), Au Dental is looking to engage a number of Associate Dentists to express their interest in joining our highly experienced, energetic, and forward-thinking team.
We are a family-owned dental group currently operating eight practices. The group is supported by dedicated finance and marketing departments and places a strong emphasis on clinical development through its development programme, Au Evolve. We currently comprise approximately 60 associates, eight therapists, and foundation dentists. A number of specialists work across the group, including endodontists, implantologists, and oral surgeons. Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre with a strong focus on patient experience.
Role:
- Flexible working days: open to 3–4 days per week
- One late evening per week, with optional private Saturdays
- 3,000–5,000 NHS UDAs available (depending on days worked)
- Opportunity to participate in a pilot NHS scheme offering an additional sessional fee
- Full renovation of the practice completed, including newly created upstairs surgeries
- Established, well-maintained NHS and private patient list
The Practice:
- Experienced and supportive single-site Practice Manager with a private dental background
- £12,000+ monthly investment in marketing (e.g. Google Ads)
- 7,000+ Google reviews, with a strong focus on patient experience
- iTero scanners at every practice and access to TRIOS
- Fully digitalised, with iPads in every surgery
- iPads used to present portfolios, visual animations, and digital treatment plan sign-offs
- Strong clinical team led by Clinical Advisors, including a Lead Dentist
- Long-serving, dedicated, and highly experienced team
- Ideally located in Huyton, Liverpool, with a nearby train station within walking distance
Development Opportunities Within the Group:
- Option to undertake a six-week ethical sales and communication course with the Managing Director, Aly Tejani
- Regular clinical catch-ups with Clinical Advisors
- Au Evolve training initiative, including shadowing, peer reviews, and an annual conference
- Associate Development Scheme with course contributions of up to £1,000
- Courses with Nik Sethi and Elevate Dental
- Development of short-term orthodontic skills
- Opportunities to develop facial aesthetics experience
- Training opportunities in sedation
- Observation and mentoring from an experienced minor oral surgeon
- Observation and training in implant dentistry with our in-house implantologist
Equipment:
- Rotary endodontics as standard
- X-ray units in every surgery
- Sectional matrix systems for posterior composites
- iTero scanner available within the practice
The practice offers cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics, implants, oral surgery, as well as hygiene and therapy services.
iPads are used to show visual animations and before-and-after cases, supporting enhanced patient communication and the ethical sales course.
All candidates must be registered with the GDC and hold an active performer number.
