Bredbury Dental Centre, part of Au Dental, is looking for a new Associate Dentist to join our highly experienced, energetic, and forward-thinking team.
This practice is a fully fledged eight-surgery dental centre. The expansion has taken place over several years, driven by a clear vision to make Bredbury Dental Centre a leading dental provider in the Stockport area.
The group is supported by a dedicated marketing department and places a strong focus on clinical development through its development programme, Au Evolve. There is also an exciting partnership with Elevate Dental, offering heavily discounted, exclusive training opportunities. A number of specialists work across the group, including endodontists, implantologists, and oral surgeons with hospital experience.
Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre with a strong focus on patient experience.
The Role
- 4,500 UDAs plus private income
- Redacted associate performance data available on request
- Active marketing drive and online booking implementation
- Days: 4–5 days per week
- Opportunity to work weekends, with a proven track record of success from current associates
- Established, well-maintained NHS and private patient list
- Start date: March 2026
The Practice
- Experienced and supportive single-site Practice Manager
- Strong Lead Clinician team and Clinical Advisors
- £12,000+ spent monthly on marketing (e.g. Google Ads)
- 850+ Google reviews with a strong focus on patient experience
- Eight-surgery practice equipped with iTero and TRIOS scanners
- Fully digitalised, with iPads in every surgery
- iPads used to present portfolios, visual animations, and digital treatment plans
- Strong clinical team led by two Clinical Advisors
- Long-serving, dedicated, and highly experienced team
- 25–30 minute drive from Central Manchester, with a nearby train station within walking distance
- Services include cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics, implants, oral surgery, hygiene, and therapy
Development Opportunities Within the Group
- Support from two senior clinicians, including a dentist with over 20 years’ experience
- Regular catch-ups with a Clinical Advisor
- Au Evolve training initiative, including shadowing, peer reviews, and an annual conference
- Associate Development Scheme with course contribution of up to £1,000
- Development of short-term orthodontic skills
- Opportunity to develop facial aesthetics experience
- Training opportunities in sedation
- Observation and mentoring from an experienced minor oral surgeon
- Observation and training in implant dentistry with our in-house implantologist

- Rotary endodontics as standard
- X-ray units in every surgery
- Sectional matrix systems for posterior composites
